I agree that you need new roof material put on that slide- and QUICKLY!
I don't think any coatings you put on would last, they would likely peel off along with that top layer of your slide.

Question: Being a slide, would it be helpful to remove the top wiper seal and have the slide partially retracted, then extend the new roof material INSIDE the camper so it would reach to the complete inside edge of the slide?
