One problem I've had with them is that the interior seals make contact with the tracks, which has torn the seals. This is more of an issue with the installation of the seals and not the slide, in my opinion. I've only had the camper since last fall so I'm still not sure how well the Schwinteks will do. I am a little leary of the difficulty in operating them manually as compared to the previous camper I had. We all know that mechanical things break down at some point and the folks at Schwintek should do a better job of engineering their product to account for such continencies. Manually disengaging a motor and then using "a board or stick" as a slide lock (as seen on the video) seems like an engineering afterthought to me.
