Slideout stabilizers
I took out the factory couch in my tt and put in a Lazy-boy recliner loveseat. This all takes place on my slide out. My concern is that the loveseat is heavier than the factory couch and I'm wondering...

That was in jest about the water regulator. The manufacturer does not include a lot of items that some RVers deem necessary. Are slide stabilizers necessary for all.. No.. Are they beneficial for some... Yes..
There are tons of good reviews for these stabilizers from those that actually use them. Some say there great for taking the movement out of the trailer and they do. Some say there necessary for long stays....
Most all negative remarks come from people who have never used them. Used properly I think there great.
