small electrical charge on truck camper frame
I have a interesting situation where every once in a while, not often I can feel a small electrical charge on my truck camper aluminum frame or door latch. I believe it is only with the 12 volt syste...

OK I have found at least the beginning of the problem. When I plug into shore power and I can actually make my pin electrical checker go nuts along the metal aluminum trim and screws. When I turn off the converter breaker and leave shore power connected the charge goes away completely like a switch being turned on and off. So then I pulled each fuse and it had no effect. When the breaker for the converter is turned on I get power on the frame when off I do not. That includes the skin of my truck as the camper is still on the truck. Any ideas on how to move forward from here?
