- wmosesExplorerTrapped a live mongoose once as a kid. I would take my chances with the snake. ;)

What is the best snake movie? Snakes on a plane? Anaconda? Python? Vipers?
Snakes in a camper is not as bad as snakes on a plane. You can jump out of the camper much easier! LOL - mockturtleExplorer III don't mind non-poisonous snakes but keep those spiders out!
- DtaylorExplorerThere is a solution to your problem, one I would probably use should I find something like that in mine - FIRE!!!

When my kids were young the middle child - who shall not be named- (Jeff :) ) packed a black snake into the house .
His mother screamed,he dropped the snake, which promptly went down a floor vent (concrete slab construction ).
I simply shut off all the vents but the one it went down, turned the furnace as high as it would go, opened the windows so we wouldn't die from the heat ( it was summer) and waited.
In just a few minutes after the furnace got hot out came the snake.
High fives to the son, dinner out for the mom.
Good Luck, Mike
Many years ago my uncle and his family stayed at my parents beach house. My cousin had brought her snake, and it got lost that week. The next week some people were renting the house - the wife found it when she tried to pull the shower curtain back and it wouldn't move - the snake was wrapped around the rod. Later that summer my cousin stayed there again, and snake got lost again. Next renters were making toast one morning and the house filled up with a horrible smell. The snake had crawled into the toaster. - Jerrybo66Explorer

I know, your thinking of getting a Mongoose.
I like the idea of a pet mongoose :)!!!
My friend, who lives in a converted old schoolhouse in the hills of PA, discovered a nest of Eastern Red Ringneck snakes in his sofa. Although these snakes are very small, he closed up every nook, cranny, and hole he could find - Three years later no snakes have been seen inside.
Snakes can't chew holes like mice, so close up the holes. If you have mice, they are an attraction for snakes. Do what you can to keep all the critters out of you RV. - Reader1ExplorerWish you had not posted this. After reading all the responses, I want DH to uncover the 5er, crawl out there and go through every inch of it! DH had foot and ankle surgery 10/31st and is still in a cast, non weight bearing...but he needs to suck it up and get out there! Really, I am joking about him doing that now...maybe...
- PenManExplorerWhen you get it figured out, please let us know the result. You could also post a picture of the new rig.
