- rbpruExplorer IIYes, we woke up to 4 inches of snow in New Mexico of all places. It was wet and heavy so I had to stand on the tailgate with a broom to push it off before we could leave.

Anyone ever had an issue with snow building up on the slide-out while camping?
Yes - the slides would not come in until I got up on a ladder and get it all off - happened to me twice now - JoeGood988ExplorerHad 14" everywhere on Mothers Day in South Dakota..pushed it all off with a broom before it froze.
