So many questions

Hello all.  Starting sometime in the new year, I will be purchasing a travel trailer and finding a long term spot somewhere in North Georgia to call my home.  It'll be close to the shop that I work at in Dahlonega.  I'm going to be looking for a 4 season travel trailer considering it'll be my permanent residence.  I dont really have any specific questions at the moment considering I am in the very early stages of this process.  I guess I am just hoping for some general information and wisdom from the people that have done or are currently doing this.  Thank you everyone.  Looking forward to all the helpful responses.
