Here is how you handle it:
1. Talk with some one at the dealer who has enough authority to make things happen. Remember, in all conversations be polite, business-like, and adamant about EXACTLY what you want to correct the situation.
2. Insist that you return with the RV for a complete and thorough instruction session with someone who will be as polite as you have been and will also show you how the systems work.
3. If you get nowhere with your complaint, tell the person you will engage in a campaign to let everyone know on RV forums and consumer groups as well as filing formal complaints with every applicable government and private organization.
4. If you still get nowhere, follow through with the notifying everyone. Publish the person's name, business name, address, telephone number, and email address. Include your name as well so everyone can contact that person and tell them how his actions has hurt his business.
