Was it hard to get the loveseat in the camper?
We did the same thing. Removed the couch and put in leather reclining loveseat. It was a choir getting thru the door with 4 or 5 guys helping. Love it !!!!
We paid extra for delivery. So it was 2 or 3 delivery men who actually brought in the loveseat. It came in sections and I already had the space empty and vacuumed.
Because it's so heavy, it never moves in transit. We push it against the wall before the slides are pulled in. It sticks out a few inches from the wall so we can fully recline. - Chuck_GailExplorerChairs. We threw sofa in garbage.
- KittykathExplorer IIWe're mid-process of going from a TT to a 5th wheel. Our TT has the jacknife sofa which is neither long enough to stretch out on or comfy enough to sleep on. We opted for it because of the extra sleeping space.
The 5th wheel will have large recliners, not bolted to the floor and rearrangeable to throw an air mattress on the floor if necessary. Problem solved! - samsontdogExplorerMine is not secured to the floor. Not needed as it is fairly heavy

Love it !!!! - ThurbersfolksExplorerI am big also so tried a bunch of different recliners till they met my "bottom line". This TT toyhauler has no slides so space is an issue and these recliners take less room then the sette. Think the smaller table we use makes all the difference. If we don't the grandkids we move the recliners around and sometimes back into the cargo space and really feels roomy.
- Doug33ExplorerLast year I spent 6 months basically living in a recliner at home when I was undergoing medical treatment and surgery. So I'm not in any rush to go back to a recliner. With our size TT, you can either get recliners or bunks. Since our kids still camp with us sometimes, we really needed the bunks (double-bed size in this model). We are just upgrading from a 24'TT that had neither recliners or a couch, so we will be happy to finally get a couch in the new 28' TT. The couch also folds down to a bed if you need additional sleeping capacity.
One thing I found while shopping for a recliner at home - very few really felt comfortable for me to sit in for any length of time. And many were so narrow I felt like I was wedged in. - kimmeExplorerhitchup...I love the idea about the reclining love seat. I knew you guys would have great ideas
Was it hard to get the loveseat in the camper? - hitchupExplorerWe removed/switched the factory sofa and RV recliners when we traded for this unit.
We had 2 new Lazyboy recliners, but they took up too much space even in a longer unit. We replaced them with a Lazyboy loveseat recliner. Now we have a little more room on both sides and is easier to see what DH is working on next to me.
