Will an upgrade in shocks only really smooth out a rough riding stock 4x4 1 ton? I've been told that shocks only will not help much and that it is a combination of components. In fact I have a 14 Ram 3500 DRW that is rough...as expected and I was thinking new Bilsteins as a doable upgrade. The guy at a local Four Wheel Parts store said "I'll sell you new shocks if you want but it's not really going to help smooth out the ride". Opinions...
