Be careful who you let handle righting the trailer. More damage could be done if they just hook a winch to it and start pulling. When the trailer passes it's balance point it will fall several feet and bounce on the tires of the high-side.
It can be righted gently, it will just take more work. Had the same thing happen to a trailer my parents owned. It was righted, re-skinned (aluminum siding) and used for several years afterwards.
I wouldn't assume it will be totaled by insurance.
