No you DON'T. A couple of us have been trying to tell you that.
The truck has a regulator on it already.
It is going up to around 14 volts and that's what it is supposed to do.
The higher the voltage, the more charge will be going into the batteries.....usually.
It is still possible that the batteries are shot....or are going.
It is also possible that the alternator/regulator on the truck is going out and not supplying the current that it should.
MORE or different equipment is NOT the solution to your problem. Getting what you already have working right IS.
Where exactly were you measuring those charging voltages ?
Should be right on the batteries.
