Not if the effective resistance of "the battery" is still low it won't.
ALL of the batteries tired together effectively make up ONE battery and the charging system responds to that ONE big battery when it detects the charging voltage/current required.
Now....that is not perfect and there may be some imbalance of the charge going into the various individual cells but it should NEVER be as bad as the original post indicated.
I repeat my suggestion that something in the present setup is not right.......and that should be checked out BEFORE spending time and money on adding more equipment which migh not help or which might mask the real problem until something fails completely.
