Solar Panel to keep battery charged while away...

I just saw the Harbor Freight solar set up this week. My buddy does a lot of beach camping ( boondock) in Montauk, NY. He said it works awesome. He rarely uses his generator. It came with an inverter box with a digital display on how much volts the panels are throwing. on a cloudy day it was showing 12 volts on a sunny day 14.
