Years ago we did the same thing as our 2 kids grew. And we also replaced the TC with a Nash TT.
It became a rolling motel as we supported Jen's (our daughter) bicycle roadracing. Cathy would feed Jen's entire junior team at lunchtime and the closest campground kept us out of $$ hotels/motels.
Fast forward a few years later and both our kids were driving and had no interest in any RV. Back to a TC and the unmatched maneuverability.
