when torklift tie downs are properly adjusted they are applying 300 lbs pressure.
Harbor freights cheapest ratchet tie downs are rated at 400-500 Lbs pressure.
as long as he don't show up with a plastic bed liner, some ratchet tie downs will get him far enough away from your house.
