What the heck is this guys big hurry that he can't take the time and expense to DO IT RIGHT in the 1st place??
He's going to have to do it sooner or later anyway.
Ask him for some "earnest money" untill he is properly setup to haul it properly.
That's what I did 3 years ago when we found our 1181 400 miles from home.
I bought and installed a complete Tork Lift setup before I even had the directions to the guys house. Upon arrival he gave me the HJ setup he had on his 2015 Ford F350 if I'd remove them from his truck. One look at that setup and was I ever glad I had the TL system.
Nylon straps!!??
