You need lots of pictures, and be prepared to take more pictures of specific items that buyers what more info on.
Is your maintenance taken care of? Clean it very well. Besides the carpet, the cupboards, the refer, take care of the sort of hidden areas also. What does it look like when someone takes the covers off of the furnace, the water heater, the refer back? Are your battery terminals clean?
If you're still using it while trying to sell it, make sure you get some of the clutter out of it. Do you have your manuals gathered up? If it has a Norcold refrigerator, has the recalls been taken care of? Are the cupboard, drawer and closet latches all working, are the hinges tight, are the drawer slides tight?
Know and list what the holding tank capacities are. Know how old the batteries and tires are. Know what size the air conditioner and furnace are.
People want to be comfortable with what they're coming to look at, or at least thinking of looking at.
