Guess it all depends on where one is located.
Around where I live in SE South Dakota, virtually none found. Oh, you'll see one from time to time as you go up and down I-90 or I-29, but very rare.
Then I go out west to Washington state area, and once past Billings, Montana on I-90 they are all over the place.
