Well add me to the list! After being a 20+ year Chevy owner, including a 07' and 11' Duramax, I took a big step out of my comfort zone by purchasing a new 14' 3500 DRW Mega Cab Longhorn with the HO Cummins and Aisin transmission. Its my daily driver work truck so 11 days later I have 2200 miles on it. Bought it last Friday and hauled the boat to the lake on Saturday. Last Wednesday night hooked to the 355TH and hauled it to the river for the weekend.
Main reason I initially thought about jumping ship is the fact that Chevrolet would not build me a 3500 DRW with a short bed. I just do not want the 8' bed. I've always thought Dodge built sh*t transmissions and just did not seriously consider them until the availability of the Aisin in the 3500. On a whim, I looked at and drove one a few weeks ago. Was presently surprised.
Hands down the Ram Mega Cab is the better interior. So much more room, both front and back seats. I'll need to do a few more miles before I make a final call on the Cummins/Aisin combination. Not a bad thing, just shifts differently than my Duramax. My 11' Duramax/Allison had 200,000 miles (full DPF delete at about 20,000 miles) with absolutely no problems and the 07' is still on the road with over 320,000 miles and only a set of injectors so the Ram will have to prove its worth!

Grand Design 355TH 18,500#

Cobalt 242 maybe 6000#
All it takes is to test drive a Longhorn, I know!
Very nice, keep us informed on how it does.
