SPARE TIRE STOWAGE IDEAS
This is what I have but there has to be a better idea. I don't have room underneath the trailer or on the tongue. I am happy with it on the rear bumper....but maybe a little snugger to the trailer?...

I reused my square bolts to mount two strips of C-channel steel (2"?) to the front of the bumper (between trailer and bumper). These stick up and have 1/2" threaded rod to mount the tire. The effect is the tire sits on top of the bumper vs. hanging out to the rear. Less stress on everything. You will lose the hinge function ;)
