SPARE TIRE STOWAGE IDEAS

This is what I have but there has to be a better idea.

I don't have room underneath the trailer or on the tongue. I am happy with it on the rear bumper....but maybe a little snugger to the trailer? Maybe not as wobbly as this hinged mount.

Why is it hinged, anyways???

    They are hinges as some trailers have a storage compartment or water heater or something behind the tire. They probably got a deal on the hinged ones so they go on all trailers. Take pin out and replace with a bolt and tighted it up ...it will stop the wiggling.

    Just a note on the above pics:

    My driveway slopes....so when leveled....the rear of the TT is close to the pavement.
