Try changing the plugs on a 5.4 Triton Ford! But, since you have a Chevy, it can't be that bad... ;)
Coil On Plug is just removing the coil, removing the plug, put new plug in, put coil back on. Easy, Peasy.. :) Only if you can see the plugs to begin with..
But, a lot to be said about not getting your hands dirty and just picking up your truck and signing our name! ;)
I've done that before, and I've also spent all day in my garage getting my hands dirty.. Just depends on the mood I'm in, the time I have and if I just need to get my hands dirty.. Sometimes, for me, that's therapy that only costs a bit of time and some Borax soap in the utility sink. :)
