I don't know what your mechanical capabilities are, but like others said, check youtube for videos on the plug change on that 6.0. Some of the coil on plug V8's are not difficult. I'm not familiar with that engine, but on the Tundra 5.7, you're looking right at the coil on plug arrangement when you open the hood and they're very easy to get at. I've never changed these types of plugs but read on the Tundra forums that it's easy. Chevy forum guys could add more info, but in the end it's your call if you want to tackle it yourself or leave it to a pro.
