I finally did what I was told to do earlier in the thread and watched a youtube. It shows how and mentions the torque amount.

It is out of date for the gap amount (now 40 instead of 60), but the new plugs may not need gapping (as was mentioned earlier in the thread.
They also have one showing how to change the fuel filter on that same truck.

I got a window regulator from that company a few years ago as recommended by somebody on this forum and it all went well.
