Spark Plug Change in a Truck--How Hard Can it Be? Update#2

I just changed the plugs and wires on a 2004 with the gas job 6.0 at my work. That little damn heat shield thing your talking about can be a pain to get off, but just put some elbow grease behind it and it will come. Also the old wires may be a pain to pull off, and if they break while pulling them just cut them off with a knife at the plug and your good to go.
