Spartan 5er TTs?

Does anyone here have a Spartan fifth-wheel TT?

  • I have not a had a need to add pictures to this site yet, but if you do a search for "spartan 1234x" you will get lots of pictures. So far it has been good with typical first year warranty repairs needed. There was one exception that was rather serious. The LPG hose was rubbing and wore a hole through. That was also fixed under warranty and no longer rubs.
  • We do have one. They are a subsidiary of Forest River so you find more information at http://www.forestriverforums.com/forums/

Possibly. I was looking for someone that actually owned one here. Esp. the 5er model. Spartan was way ahead of their time manufacturing 5ers. Likely very pricey, but ruggedly built with stainless exteriors.

What is a fifth wheel TT? Either it is a fifth wheel or it is a TT which is it?
BTW, maybe you could edit your signature. On my system it takes half the page!
    They manufactured BOTH.

No, not a 'new' manufacturer. As late as 1985, Spartan manufactured stainless steel clad 5ers. They weren't ALL 'bumper pull house trailers.'
