Spray on foam insulation for exposed dump lines?
Might that help keep things from freezing? With or with out a heated line inside it? Might it be a bad Ideal to run an electric heat line inside that? Is it flammable?

You can order any pipe size dimension pipe insulation from a commercial plumbing supply house. HD sells the thin stuff and only goes up to typical water size pipe. It fits very snug and won't blow off.
