Why do you suppose it is so tough to build a tire (ST or LT) that does not blow and de-laminate with such predictable regularity?
It has been my experience that LT tires do not blow out or delaminate with regularity. In fact, on my trailers and trucks, I have never had an LT fail in either of those manners. The only ones I have "lost" have been due to nails, bolts or other road debris. I did ruin one nearly new tire when oddly enough ( I was off road ) I managed to get a locust tree needle through the sidewall. Small hole, but since it was sidewall, we discarded the tire.
