Carlisle Radial Trail RH
Rating appears to vary by size, I've seen 225/75R15 E rated "R" (106mph) and 235/80R16 rated "L" (75mph)
Interestingly enough, if you read the literature on these tires, they tell you that the speed rating only means that above posted speeds, the weight rating goes down. It doesn't limit you to 65 mph, even on ST tires rated to 65... it just means that it will only handle its max weight rating to 65 mph. I think there was a chart that showed how much the weight rating declined for each 5 mph over 65 that you drove.
Personally, I think the key is having more tire than you need. Whether you buy ST or LT tires, get sufficient weight ratings to give you a comfortable cushion. I bought these Radial Trail RH tires for my previous trailer in the D rating. I think that gave me something like 2800 lbs per tire, or over 11,000 lbs of weight rating for a trailer that maxed out around 7000 lbs. Only cost me $8 more per tire and gave me almost 50% reserve...
