Many years ago on these forums someone suggested this for stabilizing: Level using wheels on boards and the front jack. Then lower the front jack 3 turns. Lower the two rear stabilizers down to the ground firmly, but not tight. Then raise the front jack 3 turns (to bring TT back to level). This firms up the rear jacks equally. Then lower the front two jacks and tighten them. Note: this is mostly for dirt / gravel, if you are on pavement or concrete you may only want to do one or two turns of the jack.
This has worked well for me for years.
