Because lifting 5 or 6 gallon jugs high enough to pour in the fresh water tank is heavy. Then you either need a spout attached to the jug, or a good funnel. Either way, end up spilling half of it on the ground. It's a heavy job. Some of us (especially getting older), just can't lift that much, that high, without ending up in traction! :E
