Mine did come with a users manual and it is available on starcrafts website in PDF format. You might have to dig around for it.
I also installed the vent cover over the bath vent and that is a great improvement. I haven't closed the vent since.
The waste tote is exactly that. You can hook your waste hose to it and dump either of your waste tanks into it. Then haul it to a dump station. Versus hooking up and hauling the entire trailer. I got mine from amazon for right around $100.
I'm disappointed that the waste tanks aren't larger. All trailers in the same class have at least twice the capicity. Oh well, that's one thing I wish I'd have done some more reasearch on.
I also noticed that the ac fan is loud, but there's not much that I can do now.
