That was my 1st idea, but decided to try to salvage the existing TPO. If this attempt fails I'll be replacing with EPDM as well. I figured it needs to come off either way, so I'll try to carefully peel it back and repair it if I can. As it sits now, theres a very good chance I'll be installing a new EPDM roof in the next few weeks, but I'm hoping to get lucky with this one. We'll see...
