So far, I peeled back the roof on the Awning side, cut out the Bad wood/Frame, reframed it, and put a new corner cut from plywood on.
Then, I reglued the corner roof back on and put it back together.
I was going to do the other side in a few weeks (after camping), but after seeing how bad that second corner is on yours I am a bit less gung-ho.
I wonder if this is a KZ design thing?

Have any pictures? I was hoping to do the same thing, but once I started digging deeper I decided to replace the whole roof. I was more damage than I expected.
My back wall is also going to need to be replaced along with a few studs, rafters, and 2 sheets on plywood on the floor.
It stinks that RV's are just left to rot away.
