Have any photo's Paul? It sounds like we're roughly at the same place now. I have the walls, floor and wiring done and I'm ready to start screwing plywood on the roof. I have the new rubber in the garage with a small fortune in Dicor lap sealant and ProFlexRV in the garage waiting for me.
No kidding about the snowballing. I was trying to work on other things while it was raining, so I thought I'd flush the water heater & change the anode rod. The previous owner decided to replace the anode rod with a plug & then cross thread it. I was able to chase the threads and get a new rod in there, but I don't know what some people are thinking. I guess they think destroying a water heater is worth saving $15. Hopefully it wasn't that way too long.
