Starting my roof repairs tonight (with updates & photos)

I ended up with some time and motivation today. Got the Membrane on , fwd and rear trims back on and both rain gutters. Got to do a little work on the rear left and right trim pieces. Ie remove, clean caulk panel seams replace butyl tape and reinstall, redid the front today cause I did not trust the original after what I saw elsewhere. Figured out a trick for working with the butyl tape in the hot weather where it sticks to the backing on the roll; 10 minutes in the freezer and then unroll it before it warms back up, worked like a charm. Did a lot of extra prep and calk work on all the rails and terminations. Here are a few pics. BTW I have a full gallon of Dicor water based adhesive if anyone in ct is planning on doing a roof soon.
