Stereo replacement
Can anyone recommend a decent replacement wall mount radio/stereo ?

If you are going to stay with a RV stereo I would just get another of what you had. It will already be wired up so just plug and play.
There is no such thing as a quality 12 volt RV stereo. I've given several RV stereos away that I've taken out of new RV'S. Same with RV tv's not very good quality and overpriced.
I usually put in a home stereo/DVD unit such as Bose or Sony.
