Stock brake controller or after market in 2014 Ram

2005 was the first year Ford offered a controller and it worked well for me. My 2015 Ram has the controller, but I've only used it for about 50 miles so far. Initial feedback is that will do just as well as the Ford controller I had used. Where these controllers do well is when ABS comes into play and the OEM models react to the brake signaling.
