Thoughts on installing a stone look around fireplace? Will the adhesive stick to the stock wall board.?

That stuff is meant to be attached to a solid substrate which the typical trailer doesn’t have.
It also meant to be attached to a non-moving structure.
If you are keeping the trailer on a permanent site, then it would work with proper prep.
