Towing my old TT with the 2500 I had the push pull, the dually didn't. Maybe try increasing the air pressure in the rear tires to sidewall max - for a stretch of highway - as a test. The only difference between my trucks is long bed VS short bed (which shouldn't amount to anything), and dual tire VS single. The 4 extra sidewalls on the dually may have made the difference.
