I have been wanting to upgrade the latch/lock on my TT as well. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. They are hard to find on line, maybe because I'm not exactly sure the name/model. But I think if you go to an RV dealer and talk to them about upgrading to the latches you see on higher end TT and 5ers. Because those latches are way better than the cheap quarter turn lock your talking about. In the mean time you can try and put some graphite in but since you already tried some oil that might just gum it up. Try putting a squirt of graphite in teh others, that's what I do.
