All of your regular appliances will work as long as you do not exceed the power rating of your coach's input service. In other words, if you have a 30 amp input and you already have the AC unit running, you can probably not use anything more than 1200-1500 watts, TOTAL. Basically your AC and microwave will max out a 30 amp service so if you want to use the coffee maker or hair dryer, you have to turn off the microwave.
If you have 50 amp input service, you have a lot more flexibility and can use more items.
