Thank you both. Just 1/4 turn of the mixing valve and wa lah, hot water. I already had a design in mind to mount a portable Rinnai V53 tankless wh on the back bumber of my camper. It was going to be very simple to connect and disconnect. Still may do it one day :) Not that much more money to do it either vs. a new 6 or 10 gal. rv unit.
