Summerland 2800BH vs. Jayflight 28BHBE

My family is getting back to rv'ing after a 4 year absence. We think(?) we have it narrowed down to these two trailers. Any pro's or con's with these two? Does anyone have another suggestion for a lower priced bunkhouse TT around 30' or so? Thank you
