Super truss plus weight distribution hitch close to ground

I have a 20' car hauler and 21" or 24" Supertruss extension. The lower part of my ball mount will drag the ground (and carve up the asphalt) and angled driveways. It's done it a few times (5 or so) since 2012.

I'm going to install the Dexter Torsion Axle Lift kit this spring, just so I have more clearance with the trailer, for the "off the beaten path" places I like to go. Side benefit will be less likelihood that I will carve up the driveway entrances at gas stations, etc.
