I have a 2000 Ford F350 with the 7.3L TD and a 6 speed manual transmission. I have heard that the Superchip Flashpaq tuner will boost my horsepower by something like 100 HP by reprogramming the chips...

Not sure on your truck but I have a Smarty tuner on my truck. Just be careful and don't go wild with the settings unless you want to start buying broken parts like a transmission. My truck is getting around 14 MPG pulling a large 5th wheel.
