Its a diesel which you obviously know nothing about by your comment... First go educate yourself on diesels and tuners and you'll probably want to come back here and delete your comment. 100HP is easily capable with tuning alone.

Be careful tuning a 7.3. The stock 4-speed is not known for being very strong and holding additional power above stock. I have personally seen more than one of those trannies take a dump while trying to pull a trailer through the sand.

So why don't you educate me and explain exactly how you can get 100 hp with a tune. Don't be vague, give me scientific reasons explaining how this works. Bet you can't do it. Also, if you can realize a 100 hp gain with a simple tune, why wouldn't the manufacturer do it and brag about the extra hp and mpg?
