Superchip Flashpaq tuner for Ford F350?
I have a 2000 Ford F350 with the 7.3L TD and a 6 speed manual transmission. I have heard that the Superchip Flashpaq tuner will boost my horsepower by something like 100 HP by reprogramming the chips...

Again, thanks for all the input. I don't want to go for the full 100 horses, but an additional 50-60 would be nice when climbing through the mountains. I am also considering the Ford Powerstroke Diesel 7.3 1994-2003 TS Performance 6 Position Chip WITH KNOB 140+ HP, which comes with a six position switch to control how the chip is tuned (and includes a really nice anti-theft option). I am concerned about the transmission, especially the clutch. I'll probably add the additional gauges recommended here (especially the exhaust temp). Living in Las Vegas, I don't want to deal with high exhaust temps when pulling in the 110 degree heat of a typical July afternoon. I really appreciate all the great information for me to consider!
