No. Tork Lift makes two different stable loads, one for lower overload springs, and one for upper overload springs. He said he won the upper ones, so they will not work with a lower spring. Take a look at the picture on the Tork Lift site, you'll see what I mean.

For the original poster - it comes down to how often you carry the TC vs how often you drive the empty truck, and also how much your TC weighs. The Super Springs probably let you carry more weight without sagging, but the stable loads would probably be more comfortable when riding empty.
